This project will develop an accessible digital service designed to address information poverty among refugees and migrants. It will equip participants with the knowledge, confidence, and digital skills needed to access essential services and opportunities available to them.
Through this project, refugees and migrants will be supported to navigate online systems more effectively, improve their digital inclusion, and overcome barriers to information and support. The service will enable beneficiaries to identify and access employment, training, and learning opportunities, while also promoting greater independence and wellbeing.
The project will focus on:
- improving access to online services and reliable information
- building digital skills and confidence
- supporting access to jobs, training, and education opportunities
-enhancing wellbeing and social inclusion
This initiative will help reduce inequalities by ensuring that refugees and migrants are better informed, better connected, and better able to participate fully in their communities.
