Our services are shaped by continuous user feedback, including insights gathered from a six-month focus group consultation, feedback forms, and comments received via email and telephone. We also monitor referral patterns into our Reconnection service to ensure our strategy remains responsive and relevant.
What We Offer
We provide a range of support services designed to empower refugees and migrants from the Horn of Africa:
- Welfare Benefits, Housing & Employment Support:
Advice and guidance to help navigate the benefits system, tackle rough sleeping, and access employment opportunities other services, including help with integration and navigating life in a new environment. - Coffee Chat Project:
A welcoming space for informal conversations, peer support, and community connection over a warm drink. - Digital Inclusion Project
Helping individuals build digital skills and confidence to access online services, stay connected, and thrive in a digital world. - Research & Advocacy
We conduct research into the experiences of those undertaking perilous journeys to safety, using these insights to inform policy and raise awareness.
