Since 2009, Reconnection has been on a mission to support refugees in the UK. War, abduction, violence, murders, and other reasons have forced many people to leave their country behind. Once the refugees reach the UK, they don’t have any friends or family to look for help.
Reconnection is a team of aspiring individuals, committed to protecting the refugee communities. Most of our team members have been refugees themselves. They can understand the struggle of resettling in a new country without much help.
We offer refugee counselling, language interpretation services, employment counselling, signposting, advocacy, and other services to empower the refugees in the UK. We have been working with the refugee communities to provide awareness about the new country.
We intend to break geographical barriers so refugees can have a sense of belonging.
